Public Relations Senior Specialist
lūquire is seeking a driven and detail-oriented public relations professional to help bring bold brand stories to life through strategic media relations and smart, creative execution. As a Public Relations Senior Specialist, you’ll work closely with your team to develop and deliver high-quality PR programs – from writing and pitching to reporting and research – that make a measurable impact.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, thrives on collaboration, and brings sharp writing skills, intellectual curiosity and a passion for emerging tools and technology shaping the future of communications.

What You Do
- Execute day-to-day public relations deliverables across multiple accounts with excellence and precision.
- Develop and pitch compelling story angles to journalists, influencers and other key audiences.
- Draft press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, bios, and other materials in AP Style, ensuring accuracy and creativity in every piece.
- Research industry trends, competitors, media outlets and cultural conversations to inform client strategies.
- Monitor, track and analyze media coverage using agency tools to produce timely reports and insights.
- Collaborate with internal partners across creative, social, content and media teams to support integrated campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of evolving communications tools and trends, leveraging AI and emerging technology to enhance storytelling, content development and productivity.
- Support team organization and workflow through thoughtful planning, documentation and follow-through.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of two years of public relations or communications experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in writing, pitching and media outreach across traditional, digital and social channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of how media and influencer ecosystems operate – and what makes a great story.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies, including AI tools that enhance content creation, research and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or related field.
