There is no one, “right” path forward, and we’re making no claims that our route forward is better than anyone else’s. What is right, unequivocally, is the acknowledgment that we can do better, and the willingness to try. Here, we are documenting our own journey to become more aware and inclusive. It holds us accountable, keeps us active and opens up possibility.
