Account Supervisor

Luquire is looking for a passionate and experienced account supervisor to join our client engagement team. This role requires being adept at big picture thinking while also being organized with solid attention to detail and the ability to execute multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. This position will support senior client engagement team members in leading a wide variety of projects while ensuring that all deliverables ladder back up to the client’s overall objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day account needs, developing meaningful relationships with clients and internal team members, and constantly understanding and caring about clients’ business objectives, audiences, problems, opportunities and landscapes. 

We are looking for an individual who works best as part of a team, embodies an innate desire to constantly learn and is a relentless champion for the highest quality work to help our clients achieve their most ambitious goals. This position will collaborate closely with and support senior level client engagement team members, reporting directly to an account director.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion integration within a cross-functional team to deliver against agreed upon strategies, including development of project plans and campaigns, partnering with senior team members and strategy team to develop briefs, managing key deliverables, budgets and more
  • Partner closely with project management team lead, working as a dynamic duo to ensure that all projects are on track from a schedule and budget perspective
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal team members across all disciplines and with key client contacts
  • Work closely with account director to ensure bottom-line accountability for the business within the agency, account relationships, financials and performance and identify areas for organic growth
  • Monitor changes in client industries, identifying trends that might be relevant to our clients and the work we do on their behalf 
  • Foster a positive, challenging and collaborative environment that seizes and expands on opportunities for great work

What We’re Looking For:

  • Five to seven years of agency and/or related marketing experience required
  • Aptitude and passion for creative problem solving 
  • Innate skills in resourcefulness, organization, time management and prioritization
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Dedication and desire to learn, grow and be challenged professionally
  • College degree in advertising, marketing or a related field preferred
  • North Carolina resident preferred
