Growth in new year welcomes key hires, new roles

LGA began 2018 with several new clients and projects across the agency, resulting in the addition of several key staffers and a new role for a longstanding team member.

To keep pace with the exploding demand for LGA’s digital services, two project managers joined the department. Taryn Huson, who has worked on the client services team since 2012, and newcomer Hannah Fairweather will apply their talents to help keep projects on schedule across a team of content strategists, social media specialists, web designers and developers.

The content strategy team also gained significant social media expertise with the return of Social Media Strategist Dana Boone, as well as more tourism depth with the addition of Digital Content Specialist Jess Brannen.

Senior Account Executive Suzanne Alvarez brings six years of national brand and sports marketing experience to our client service team, which will come in handy as she manages the Wells Fargo Championship’s 2018 campaign celebrating the tournament’s return to Quail Hollow Club.

Media Planner/Buyer Anne Howard Dooley and Media Coordinator Kendal Lanier expand the paid media team’s digital expertise. The pair touches almost every account in the agency to optimize buys in the ever-changing media landscape.

Devyn Doyle joins as an assistant account executive in the public relations department, adding valuable depth in support of such clients as  Visit North Carolina and Piedmont Natural Gas.

Last but not least, say hello to Jackie Makell, our new part-time receptionist whose organizational skills and ever-present smile will help guests feel welcome and keep the rest of us on task.
