New BB&T spots showcase bank’s digital offerings

Technology is changing everything, and banking is no exception. Convenience is key, so our newest TV spots for BB&T showcase how the bank’s online services help customers live their best financial lives.

In “Working Hard,” a headset-wearing office worker manages to check his account balance and freeze a missing credit card online, all without interrupting his breakneck pace. “Check Battle” shows a woman using digital payment service Zelle, part of BB&T’s “U” online banking platform, to finally get the drop on her friend who always picks up the lunch tab.

The spots are an extension of the “All We See is You” campaign that launched last year, emphasizing BB&T’s total commitment to making clients its top priority. The work is airing in major markets throughout the BB&T footprint, accompanied by digital ads and social media efforts that highlight specific features geared to tech-savvy consumers.
