RSM work heads to national competition

We get the most satisfaction from doing work that helps our clients achieve their goals – but a little peer recognition is nice, too. So it was twice as satisfying that two of our successful campaigns for middle-market audit, tax and consulting firm RSM also earned Gold Awards at the District 3 American Advertising Awards, one of the ad industry’s largest and most representative awards competitions.

In the Branded Content & Entertainment category, LGA won top honors for its “The Power of Being You” video series. Used to recruit new talent to the RSM team, the videos provide an intimate profile of individual employees whose backgrounds and experiences help power the unique insights that strengthen RSM and the work they do for their clients.

Our “Yardage Book” invite for the RSM Classic PGA Tour event in Sea Island, Ga., earned Gold in the Card, Invitation or Announcement category. Designed as a functional invitation for RSM’s VIP guests, this regulation-size, leather-bound yardage book delivered an event brochure as well as a letterpressed ticket, along with details about the resort and a branded golf pencil.

The American Advertising Awards are conducted each year by the American Advertising Federation, the “Unifying Voice for Advertising” with more than 200 local clubs representing nearly 40,000 advertising professionals across the U.S. By winning Gold at the District level, the two entries advance to the national competition, the winners of which will be announced at a gala event in Chicago on June 8.
