Breaking new ground for Lincoln Harris

The Charlotte region is booming, and we’re excited to be part of that growth by working alongside long-time client Lincoln Harris, one of the area’s leading real estate developers. Recently our team planned and executed a groundbreaking ceremony for the new headquarters of RoundPoint Mortgage, lead tenant of Lincoln Harris’ new mixed-use development Southbridge in Fort Mill, S.C. Headlining the event was South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster, who spoke to attending guests about RoundPoint’s $34 million investment and commitment to creating more than 1,100 jobs in Fort Mill. McMaster was joined by RoundPoint executives, local civic leaders and Lincoln Harris CEO Johnny Harris to mark the occasion.

In addition to organizing what became a standing-room-only event, LGA utilized the news of the economic impact, launch of the new development and a distinguished list of state and local attendees to draw attention from top news outlets like Charlotte Business Journal, WCNC (NBC), CN2 News, and The Charlotte Observer.
