Luquire, a Charlotte-based integrated communications agency, announced the addition of a major player to its client roster during the first quarter of 2022 with the onboarding of Simon® (NYSE: SPG), the largest real estate retail developer in the United States.
The win comes on the heels of Luquire implementing a new leadership structure with the dual promotions of Brooks Luquire to CEO and Stephanie Spicer to president and the hiring of industry vet Sonia Grunbaum as the agency’s senior vice president of business development.

Luquire will oversee strategic and tactical public relations efforts for Simon properties along the Eastern seaboard, including retail destinations in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Simon, headquartered in Indianapolis, manages approximately 241 million square feet of retail space across more than 200 properties. The Luquire team will work alongside Simon’s corporate and field marketing teams to boost visibility of these centers and the brands they offer, developing and enhancing community partnerships and driving visitor traffic.
